"Felt Like Just Another Ticket Number"
The ride itself was fine, but the van was dirty. The seats and floor looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while, which made the whole experience feel a bit uncomfortable. When I brought it up, it didn’t really feel like anyone cared much, more like I was just another ticket number to get through...

"Helped With My Bags, Thankfully"
The driver helped load my two heavy suitcases, which I appreciated because I really wasn’t in the mood to deal with them myself. Nothing got damaged, so that was good. Unloading took a few minutes longer than I would’ve liked, but overall it was fine.

They explained the pickup details really clearly, which I appreciated. The replies did take a bit longer than I expected, though maybe I was just checking too often. Overall, it was fine and easy enough to follow.

"Bad first impression with the pickup"
The pickup was confusing right from the start. The driver seemed to have a hard time finding me, and it just made the whole thing feel disorganized. Not the best first impression
"Way better airport pickup than most"
My flight ended up being a little delayed, but they kept track of it and the driver was still there when I landed, which was a relief. Compared to some airport pickups where everyone seems to be standing around confused or calling their driver over and over, this was smooth. Pickup was easy overall, with just a short wait at the curb. Not perfect, but solid enough for 4 stars from me.

The traffic was already terrible, but the driver somehow picked a route that made it even worse. After I paid, I also got this uneasy feeling like I couldn’t really trust how the trip was handled. Just not a great experience overall.

The ride was okay overall. The driver definitely seemed to know the roads and somehow managed to avoid a lot of traffic, which was nice, though I was a little confused about the route at first because it felt like we were going in a weird direction. Pickup took longer than I expected, and the van was kind of cramped, so it wasn’t perfect. But I got where I needed to go in the end. Nothing amazing, just fine.

"Uncomfortable ride and my simple request was ignored"
The van felt really cramped, and the seats were hard the entire way. Every bump in the road was rough, and I couldn’t relax at all. I also asked for a little help with the seating because I was uncomfortable, but that basic request was just ignored, which made the whole ride even more frustrating. Definitely not a good experience

"I booked a shuttle and ended up standing..."
I booked a shuttle and ended up standing around for almost an hour after my scheduled pickup time. I kept getting vague updates saying it was on the way, but no one really explained what was going on, and that part was weird. After a long flight, it was stressful. I wouldn’t use them again.

"Private transfer did the job, but wasn’t anything special"
I booked a private transfer through GO Airlink NYC from the airport, and overall it was fine. The driver showed up, was polite, and got us to our hotel without any problems, which is really the main thing after a flight.
That said, we had to wait about 20 minutes after landing, and the car felt a little older than I was expecting for a private transfer. The driver didn’t say much, which wasn’t a huge deal, but the whole experience felt basic. It worked, but I’m not sure it was worth paying extra for

"Kept changing the plan and never showed up"
I booked the ride because I really needed to get to the airport on time, but the driver never showed up. It felt like the goalposts kept moving with updates and excuses, and before I knew it, I had missed my flight. I wouldn’t trust them again when timing actually matters.

"A friend had recommended this service to..."
A friend had recommended this service to me, so I was expecting a better experience. Unfortunately, the driver came across as rude and not very professional. He was short with us when we asked a simple question, seemed annoyed the whole time, and the driving felt rough. He also didn’t really help with the bags, which just added to the uncomfortable feeling. I’m not expecting perfect service, but a little basic politeness goes a long way. I wouldn’t use this service again.

"Bad cancellation experience"
I ended up cancelling my Go Airlink Shuttle booking, the whole thing was sorta more frustrating than I expected.
The website wasn’t very clear about what was actually happening, and it took too long to get a straight answer about my refund. I felt like I had to keep following up just to know where things stood.
The ride service itself might be totally fine, but the cancellation process was disappointing. I probably wouldn’t book again if there’s any chance my plans might change.

"Am I the only one who thought this wasn’t worth it?"
Am I the only one who expected a bit more for the price? The shuttle did get me where I needed to go, so I can’t say it was a total disaster, but there was a lot of waiting around and the whole thing just didn’t feel very smooth. For a shared ride, it felt overpriced. I kept thinking I probably should’ve looked at other options first because this didn’t really feel worth the money.

"Drop-off timing made it stressful"
Booking was easy and the driver was nice enough, so it’s not even about that. The issue was the drop-off timing. We got to the airport much later than the time they had given us, and there were barely any updates while we were just waiting around. I did make my flight, but it was way more stressful than it needed to be. I probably wouldn’t use them again if I had to be somewhere at a specific time

"On time and a smooth ride"
I booked Go Airlink for an early ride to the airport, and the driver showed up right on time, maybe even a few minutes early. Like I said, I really hate feeling rushed before a flight, so that alone made the whole thing way less stressful.
The ride itself was totally fine, nothing fancy, but it got me where I needed to go without any issues. The only small thing was the pickup text came a little late, but like I said, the driver was punctual and that mattered most to me

The price I saw was the price I paid, which feels like how it should be. It was nice not to get hit with random extra charges after booking.

Customer service did get back to me eventually, but it took longer than I expected. They make it sound like support is fast and easy, but the reality was a lot more waiting around. Not the worst experience, just not really what was promised.
